About Me

Hello!
I thought I'd share some tidbits about me so that people can interact better? I guess? I don't know, I just though maybe some people feel safer interacting with netizens they at least know some things about.I'm not usually very responsive on social media, mostly because I have an extremely low social battery and I am absolutely (and completely unjustifiably) terrified of notifications. This, aside from the fact that I have people-pleasing behaviours _{(that I'm trying to fix)} and I don't want to interact with people the wrong way.
So I just... lurk~
I much prefer DMs and 1-on-1 conversations.

Before you interact

My pages may not be a safe space for minors, I sometimes slip nasty words in some of my conversations (especially amongst friends).
I also enjoy consuming fictional content that may have elements of horror or violence in it and I will not guarantee that I won't talk about it/share it.I'll be really sweet at first and turn more and more "uncaring" as time goes on. I'm not being an arse, I promise! I'm just testing the compatibility between your patience limitations and my absolute lack of social battery :)I will push buttons... I'm sorry, I do have fun.

Music
Especially music theory. I've studied at a music high school for more years than I should've, it's got to have some use, right?
I've also played music instruments ever since I was 5 y/o, so that's that.
I mostly played various assortments of percussions (with the calculated avoidance of the drumset), a couple years of folk acoustic guitar, and piano during high school.Video Games
Not all that much, though... I have mostly played MMORPGs and, lately, gacha and rhythm games. I follow a few letsplayers on YouTube, but not much more than that. I see video games as a leisurely activity, more than anything.
I currently am in kind of the know of Genshin Impact, Palia, Enstars (mostly int, very rarely on jp), Honkai Star Rail (rarely), Tears of Themis, Black Desert Online (very rarely)...Reading and Writing
I like quite a variety of different things, though I maintain my preferences in a comfortable bubble of "light reads".
I enjoy writing both fan work and personal work, even though I have yet to complete any of them.Art
I used to know how to draw, stopped doing it for enough that my muscle memory just poofed out of existence and now I can't even properly manage basic hand-eye coordination.
I like talking about art, artists, art techniques and whatnot even though I can not personally "know what I'm talking about", in a sense.Anime (also animation in general) and Manga
I have a few favourites, but I'm not as into the whole thing as I used to.
I'm open to suggestions, but I struggle with watching anime because of how poor my time management skills are.
I find reading manga to be easier to fit into random time slots.TV series
No. Just.. not my cup of tea. I usually pick one or two, with more than 4 seasons, 30 episodes per season, and just let it roll in the background as I eat my breakfast, retaining absolutely nothing and caring even less.Random-ass Science Facts!!!
I love these.
I have NO use for any of them.
But I love them and I will never get tired of hearing more.
